At UNSIGNED we want you to love everything you order. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Why we have a limited return policy:
Just WEHA is a print-on-demand brand. This means every single item is made specifically for you the moment you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing is pre-made. Your hoodie, crewneck, t-shirt, tote bag, or sticker is created from scratch just for you.
Because of this we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind after ordering
- Not liking the color in person
We strongly recommend checking the size guide on every product page before placing your order to make sure you get the perfect fit.
When we WILL make it right:
We stand behind every product we sell. If any of the following happen we will replace your item or issue a full refund — no questions asked:
- ✅ Your item arrives damaged
- ✅ Your item has a printing error or defect
- ✅ You receive the wrong item
- ✅ Your order gets lost in transit
Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will take care of you immediately.

You're not dealing with a big corporation — you're talking directly to the 14-year-old founder who built this brand and genuinely cares about every single customer.
Cancellations:
Because production begins almost immediately after you place your order we can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. After that your item is already being made and we are unable to stop the process.
Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
